You can upload a spreadsheet with product information, such as item/sku code, description, price, size options, color options, and order minimum, for your entire collection.
If uploading a spreadsheet isn't practical, you can enter all of the product information with our easy to use admin pages.
You can update this information at any time, either by uploading a new spreadsheet or using the admin pages.
Product information and product pictures can be uploaded independently of each other!
You can upload individual picture, or multiple pictures in a zip file.
The pictures can be any size or orientation.
Products can have alternate views.
You can manage the photo library using our admin pages.
You can use our template for your home page, which includes your logo, contact information, and a picture slideshow (optional), or use your own design to create a more custom image.
The products in the booth can be organized in a way that makes sense to you, for example, by product category, by collection, etc.
You can preview your booth and turn it on and off as needed.
The degree to which you want to customize your onine booth is up to you. If all you have time for is product info and pictures, that works!
We will promote and market our online trade show, including emailing our extensive list of buyers and press. Past visitors will be pre-regesistered. We encourage you to contact your customers to invite them to see your collection here.
You'll be able to see who has looked at your online collection, and what they have looked at.
Buyers will be able to create purchase orders online, with delivery dates and notes, just as is done at the physical trade show.
The orders will be stored in a database, for you to download as a spreadsheet for use in your systems.
